Mark Milz

Mark’s passion for the industry began at an early age, growing up working alongside his father in commercial construction. At the age of 13 he fell in love with the residential process after building their family home. Mark attended Saint Mary’s College where he earned his bachelor’s degree and MBA in Business Economics. For 10 years, Mark was a project manager with one of the largest home developers in California, before his entrepreneurial spirt motivated him to start Mark ONE. The ability to combine business insight and construction knowledge has produced some of the most beautiful custom homes in the Bay Area.
